We do not believe that a funeral has to be expensive to be meaningful. As one of the newest funeral homes in Scarborough, we are fully accessible to the disabled. We are also entirely non-denominational, providing the same level of care to families of all faiths - and we bring the same level of dignity to every service we arrange.

It's what you want that matters. Unlike many other funeral homes, Scarborough Funeral Centre is not owned by a conglomerate. That independence is reflected in every one of our prices. We do not have salespeople who are expected to meet quotas established by predetermined sales figures in order to give a sufficient return to anonymous shareholders.

The best place to prearrange.There are many good reasons to prearrange a funeral. It lets you choose the service that is most meaningful to you - it lets you choose exactly the right casket or container ... without spending more than you want to. It lets you choose the right memorial and it removes the burden of making such decisions from the shoulders of grieving family members. In addition, we offer a free evaluation of any preplanned funeral arrangements you may already have with no cost or obligation. If as a result, you choose to move your prearrangements to us, we will pay any cancellation fees your existing funeral home may charge.
